Seared Chicken Breasts with Marmalade Glaze

Takes: 20 minutes

Makes: 2 servings

Ingredients:

  • 6 tablespoons orange marmalade
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 2 teaspoons sesame oil
  • 2 chicken breast fillets, skinless
  • salt and pepper
  • corn on the cob
  • blanched carrots and broccoli

Cooking Procedures:

  1. In a bowl, combine the orange marmalade, soy sauce, and sesame oil.
  2. Season the chicken with salt and pepper.
  3. Preheat grill. Sear the chicken on both sides.
  4. Continue cooking the chicken while basting with the orange glaze. Grill corn.
  5. Serve chicken with the grilled corn, blanched vegetables, and brown rice.
